Learner Support Service

The Derbyshire Network is working in partnership with its Members to identify and enhance the Learner Support Service by providing a Brokerage and Matching service to support providers and learners in delivering and achieving the qualifications they are currently involved in.

Member Providers are able to offer a whole range of expertise and provision, which the Learner Support Service will act as a broker across the membership to provide support for Skills 4 Life qualifications, mentoring, confidence building and many more.

For those Members who have identified learners who need that extra help, the Learner Support Service will assist the provider with impartial Information, Advice and Guidance and then match them to a provider who can provide the support required.

The Learner Support Service will also be working with other Key Partners and Agencies where a more enhance service is needed, such as Housing and Finance.
